Long Time Gone

An original collection of Songs written and performed during the folk singing era of the 60’s and 70’s, known as Faith Songs, written and sung with the Christian message. Sung wherever and whenever opportunities came along: churches, conventions, rallies, house groups, schools, missions, mud-huts, cathedrals, recording studios, radio and TV. 31 songs, sung for pleasure, entertainment, easy listening, and reflection, often referred to as ‘sermons in songs’, now gathered together in one easy-to-use publication. Although musical fashions, genres, styles , and techniques have clearly changed since the 70s, the words and the message have an undated feel and await to be presented in whatever form fits, using the extensive presentation technology now available.

The music is arranged for two guitars, with single note lead sheets for each piece, and with a selection of three keys over three pages for different guitar fret combinations to broaden the sound.

Each book contains a plastic sleeve with a flat USB key carrying all the music tracks.

Large, piano size: 8.5″ x 11: with plastic coil binding for ease of use.

Shelf size with spine: 6″ x 9″ with internal plastic coil binding
